Kelly March – Treatment Coordinator

As a Treatment Coordinator, Kelly works with the patients and families as they visit the orthodontist for the first consultation through the time that the braces are placed. Kelly assists Dr Hickman in explaining  all of the treatment options and answers any questions that may arise.  Kelly enjoys introducing and explaining all aspects of orthodontics with new patients.
Kelly has worked in the orthodontic field for over 24 years!! Kelly is married and lives in Indianapolis with her 2 children. Haden and Kendalls school and sports activities are enough to keep Kelly occupied in her spare time.

Caroline Everett - Practice Administrator

Caroline is our Practice Administrator and works at the front desk where she always has a smile for our patients. Getting to know patients is the best part of her job, and she cannot wait to hear their latest stories. She proudly works alongside Drs. Todd and Jerry. They truly care about their patients as individuals, and they treat the staff like family, creating a well-oiled community where everyone shares laughter and encouraging words. Caroline, with her husband Chris, have two children, Gavin and Kendall, and a dog, Brutus,  She is very active in her childrens' schools and sports activities, especially football and lacrosse. 

Cheryl Harris - Orthodontic Assistant

Cheryl works chairside with Dr. Todd during procedures and instructs patients on proper oral care as an Orthodontic Assistant. She loves each and every one of her patients, but she especially loves working with children. They are always excited to learn how to have a beautiful smile and she loves hearing about their schools, sports, hobbies, and more! Children are always thrilled to be part of the games and prize giveaways we have at the office. Cheryl loves her husband, Dallas, and together, they have a daughter named Allison and a son named Dallas as well as their newest addition, a cockapoo named Miss Molly.

Amanda Galloway – Orthodontic Assistant

Amanda loves her job as an Orthodontic Assistant where she assists the doctors during procedures and cleanings and helps educate patients. She believes in treating patients with the same compassion and empathy that she would treat her son, Nik. She always shares laughter with patients and puts them immediately at ease. When Amanda is not busy fighting ninjas and playing video games with her son, she relaxes by reading and shopping and was recently in Reader’s Theatre.

Vicki Smoot – Orthodontic Assistant

Taking care of patients by making sure they are comfortable and happy fills Orthodontic Assistant Vicki with pride. She enjoys working with the doctors during procedures because she gets to see the beautiful smiles take shape and the patients’ self-confidence grow. The doctors never settle for anything less than perfection and Vicki loves the quality of care that they give. Vicki and her husband, Jeff, have two daughters, Lindsey and Samantha, and a son, Nicholas. Vicki loves her granddaughter, Micah, and her furry baby named Bentley. When she is not in the office, Vicki spends her time camping, swimming, hiking, and cooking for her family.

Kristi Cross – Lab Technician and Orthodontic Assistant

Kristi works with the doctors during procedures and also takes impressions, photographs, and X-rays. She gets to work with patients at the beginning and end of treatment and gives patients their custom appliances. It is amazing to watch the transformation of a patient's smile and confidence from start to finish. Everyone leaves with a big smile after treatment is complete.  She loves spending time with her family, going to her son, James', sporting events, and eating at one of the city’s popular Italian restaurants. Ask her which one at your appointment!

Tanya Newkirk – Financial Coordinator

A real wizard with insurance companies and billing, Tanya is our Financial Coordinator, and she works hard to give patients a payment plan that fits their budget. Her goal is to make sure all patients feel like guests in her home, which is not hard with the small café in the office! Tanya has a daughter, Danielle with her husband, Brad. They also have a Great Dane named Zeke. She spends her free time socializing with neighbors and friends, gardening, and walking 5K’s.
